How it all beganHow it all began
Prenatal Plus Health & Fitness was started by Monica Rich after the birth of her last child.
As a mother of 4 children, Monica saw the need for
quality information that could assist parents in the
founding period of their baby life.
Monica recognised that parents/co-parents would benefit from professional guidelines from a midwife, personal trainer, researcher and mother to take prospective parents through the challenges of pregnancy to birth and beyond in health and fitness.

Monica Rich is a qualified midwife, internationally qualified lactation consultant, personal trainer and mothercraft nurse. She is an antenatal/ postnatal educator at major Sydney hospitals and, due to her extensive research, presents regularly at conferences on breastfeeding and exercise, is the author of several published articles and the presenter of the Video/Dvd “Exercise and Your New Baby”.
Monica also competed as a bodybuilder with extensive
knowledge into physical wellbeing, fitness, and nutrition.
She specialises in resistance training for women and
men as well as kid's fitness.
So whether or not you are a parent, she can take YOU
through routines that will achieve YOUR goals.
She is available for individual and group consultations/presentations.
